Where TIM meets MOC – Frontier Conference at ETH Zurich
ETH Zurich will host an exciting two-day conference dedicated to furthering research at the crossroads of Managerial and Organisational Cognition (MOC) and Technology and Innovation Management (TIM). The “Frontiers in MOC and TIM Conference” will take place from 29 June to 30 June 2017 in Zurich. The domain of MOC is the study of how organisation members model reality and how such models or knowledge structures interact with behaviours.
"There is great potential for synergies in the collaboration among MOC and TIM scholars" says Professor Stefano Brusoni, Chair of Technology and Innovation Management at D-MTEC and member of the conference committee. "The MOC & TIM Conference offers an ideal setting for facilitating this exchange and collaboration in a relaxed atmosphere”, he continues.
The conference is designed to foster maximum discussion and networking through several unique paper development sessions. Prestigious scholars such as Professor Mary Tripsas, Professor Rhonda Reger, Professor Sucheta Nadkarni, Professor Chet Miller, Professor Kevin Corley, Professor Peter Foreman, as well as MTEC Professors Georg Von Krogh and Bart Clarysse serve as speakers and discussants for our participants.
