This association represents the interests of doctoral students, postdocs and senior scientists in the different departmental commissions. In addition, ScSt@MTEC organises activities to support the social exchange among scientific staff.
Two delegates represent the interests of the administrative and technical staff at the Department Conference of D-MTEC. In addition, two deputies are elected.

The Staff Commission represents the interests and concerns of the administrative and technical personnel with respect to the Executive Board of ETH Zurich.
OBIS is a student organisation for Master of Science students of the department MTEC. The association organises company events, social activities and provides academic feedback.
The MAS MTEC Board represents the interests of the MAS MTEC students in the different departmental commissions. It also provides opportunities for students to get together socially and establishes a powerful network between students and alumni or companies.
feMTEC is the gender equality and community-building association at D-MTEC, a collective of D-MTEC students and employees that puts on networking events and initiatives with a focus on gender equality and cross-cultural awareness.
